They were SUPPOSED to be cookies for my friend's family... Ugh... RECIPE FOR YUMMY OREO TRUFFLES: 1 package of Oreo cookies (16.6 oz) softened cream cheese (8 oz) and chocolate* (about 1.5 lbs) will be needed for this. (*I think you can use any chocolate. What I used was Candi-Quick/Candy Quick (No clue for spelling) to make it.) Put ALL the Oreos in a /blenderfood processor (either will work!), turn it on until they're finely crushed. Then, put the cream cheese in the blender/food processor. Mix until you can't see said cheese. Put it in a fridge/refrigerator/whatever you call it so it's firm for easier handling. To melt the chocolate, put it in a bowl (or if you used Candy Quick or similar products, you can keep the chocolate in the bowl included) and microwave it to whatever time it says on the package. Take the Oreo/cream cheese mix out and roll it into tiny spheres. Now comes the hardest part. You're going to have to put the chocolate ON the spheres. I used two forks, put the sphere on them, and dipped it. I GUARANTEE you will probably get the mix in the chocolate. Wait for the chocolate to harden, then enjoy! I suggest you refrigerate them so they don't spoil quickly. Thanks for watching!
